15. Term and termination
15.1 Term. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect on a country-by-country basis until the expiration, lapse or invalidation of the last remaining Patent Right in the Territory and, where the country of manufacture of a Sublicensee’s Licenced Compound or Licensed Product is outside the Territory, in such country of manufacture (the “Term”).

Unless otherwise terminated by the operation of law or by acts of the Parties in in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect on a country-by-country basis until the expiration, lapse or invalidation of the last remaining Patent Right in the Territory and, where the country of manufacture of Licensed Compound or Licensed Product is outside the Territory, in such country of manufacture (the “Term”).
