Definitions
“Royalty term” means ten (10) years commencing from the date of first commercial sale of Product outside the Territory with respect to sales by Indevus.
COMMENCEMENT AND TERMINATION
1. This Agreement will take effect from the 26th July, 2005 and continue until expiration of the Royalty Term unless extended by mutual agreement recorded in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties and except to the extent certain provisions herein provide for expiration of such provisions beyond such date.
