3.0 TERM AND RENEWAL
3.1 Term. This License Agreement shall commence on the Execution Date and shall continue in force until the earlier of (i) July 28, 2033; or (ii) such time the Company, its Affiliates and sub-licensees cease all Development and Commercialization, subject to:
3.1.1 early termination as prescribed under Article 15.0 (Termination); and
3.1.2 condition subsequent in paragraph 4.1 (Business Plan).
The term of this License Agreement as set forth in section 3.1 (Term) shall be referred to herein as the “Term“.
