<p><b><span style=”text–decoration: underline;”>Confidentialityspan> (page 13 – 14)b>p>
<p><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>The terms of this Binding Term Sheet comprise the span><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>confidential informationspan><span style=”font–weight: 400;”> of the Parties identified below, each of which shall hold the same subject to the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement between the Suppliers and MISPAS dated October 29th 2020. It is especially agreed that MISPAS will fully and jointly assume all responsibility that derives from any breach of the provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement or from any other confidentiality commitment assumed by its part, or by any advisor, official officer, designee, attorney–in–fact or agent of MISPAS.span>p>
<p>Notwithstanding the foregoing and the terms set forth in the Confidentiality Agreement, Suppliers shall have the right, upon request from a foreign government, to disclose financial information, including without limitation, the price per dose for contracted doses, relating to this Binding Term Sheet and the Definitive Agreement.p>
<p>Except for the required disclosure of information as consequence of the Congressional Approval as set forth above, MISPAS represents and warrants and guarantees that it is under no obligation to publish or publicly disclose this document or the terms and conditions herein, or to make any sort of publication or disclosure regarding this Binding Term Sheet or the terms or conditions herein either online, before any entity or through any form of mass communication.p>
