15. Term and Termination
15.1. Term. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until the tenth (10) anniversary of the Effective Date unless terminated prior to that time or extended by the Parties (the “Initial Term”).This Agreement will automatically renew for successive additional periods of two (2) years (collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless MODERNA provides written notice to LONZA at least [***] prior to the end of the then–current Term that it declines to extend the Term. The term of each SOW shall be set forth in such SOW.
