ARTICLE 9. TERM & TERMINATION
9.1 Term. Unless earlier terminated as permitted herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for thirty (30) years after the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product, provided the term may be extended for multiple additional ten (10) year periods upon the mutual agreement of Company and JHU, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld by JHU. In connection with any such extension or consideration thereof, the following shall apply: (i) JHU agrees that it will not ask for any additional or increased consideration and (ii) so long as a Licensed Product or Licensed Service is being marketing and sold commercially and Company is not in material breach of the Agreement, then JHU shall not object to such extension of term.
