<p><em><b>Definitionsb>em>p>
<p><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>“span><b>Delivery Periodb><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>” means from the date of this Agreement until the end of Q2 of 2022.span>p>
<p><span style=”text–decoration: underline;”><b>13. Term and Terminationb>span>p>
<p><b>13.1 Term. b><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the later of: (i) the expiry of the Delivery Period; or (ii) thirty (30) days after the date on which Binding Purchase Orders have been placed for all COVAX Doses or the final <span style=”text–decoration: underline;”><a href=”https://ghiaa.org/provision_document/gavi–alliance–novavax–covid–19–vaccine–advance–purchase–agreement–2/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener“>Balancing Paymenta>span> has been made (the “span><em><b>Termb>em><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Clause 13.span>p>
