13. Monitoring, Supervision and Acceptance Criteria

13.2 The execution of this Agreement will be monitored by the Contract Manager and the Steering Committee, who will perform the necessary technical and financial audits.
13.3 The monitoring and inspection of the execution of the contractual Object do not exclude or reduce the liability of the Parties for damages caused directly to the Parties or third parties, resulting from their fault or willful misconduct, and, in the event of their occurrence, does not imply co–responsibility of the Parties or their agents, managers and inspectors.
