[20]. Consequences of Termination
20.1. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Contracting Parties will pay all confirmed amounts due to Contractor foreseen hereunder within thirty (30) days after receiving an invoice therefor except if otherwise agreed to in this Agreement.
20.2 The expiration or termination of this Agreement, for any reason, will not affect the other rights of any Party or any rights and responsibilities that have been accumulated as of the date of such expiration.

20.5 The other provisions dealing with the 20.5. the “Consequences of Termination” provided for in Exhibit III are applicable.
20.6 Clauses 1.2, 4.1 (V), 14.5, 15.1, 15.2.1, 15.4, 16.1 to 16.8, 17, 18.8 to 18.10, 20.4 will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
