<p><span style=”text–decoration: underline;”><strong>4. GLOBAL ACCESS AND GENERAL PRODUCT SUPPLY CONDITIONSstrong>span>p>
<p><span style=”font–weight: 400;”><strong>4.1 General.strong> Each Party recognizes the requirements of <span style=”text–decoration: underline;”><a href=”https://ghiaa.org/provision_document/find–sample–funding–terms–and–conditions/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener“>Global Accessa>span> and shall ensure that any Product arising from the Agreement will, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Party&#8217;s freedom to operate, be made available broadly in accordance with Global Access, including but not limited to:span>p>

<p style=”padding–left: 25px;”><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>b) results and data generated pursuant to this Agreement shall be made broadly and publicly available to any and all entities, including any <a href=”#kt“>Public Sectora> bodies, as well as for–profit and not–for–profit organizations, and research centers working in healthcare in or for <a href=”#kt“>LMICsa>.span>p>
