<p><span style=”textdecoration: underline;”><strong>4. GLOBAL ACCESS AND GENERAL PRODUCT SUPPLY CONDITIONSstrong>span>p>
<p><strong>4.1 General.strongEach Party recognizes the requirements of <span style=”textdecoration: underline;”><a href=”https://ghiaa.org/provision_document/findsamplefundingtermsandconditions/” target=”_blankrel=”noopener“>Global Accessa>span> and shall ensure that any Product arising from the Agreement will, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Partys freedom to operate, be made available broadly in accordance with Global Access, including but not limited to:p>
<p style=”paddingleft: 25px;”>a) providing access to the Product at an <span style=”textdecoration: underline;”><a href=”https://ghiaa.org/provision_document/findsamplefundingtermsandconditions2/” target=”_blankrel=”noopener“>Affordable Pricea>span>, as defined below, including required local registrations in the Territory, and local maintenance, service, and support;p>
