19. TERM AND TERMINATION
19.1 Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date identified in the Agreement Summary and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Clause 19, shall continue in full force and effect until the fifth (5 ) anniversary of the Effective Date (“Initial Term”). Following expiry of the Initial Term, the Parties may agree to extend this Agreement for a period of up to twenty four (24) months unless all activities set out in all Work Packages, including any additional Work Packages, have been completed (the “Term”).
