<p><span style=”font–weight: 400;”>[***] will, at its own expense, obtain and maintain [***], (a) product liability and general liability insurance providing protection in the amount of [***] and (b) workers’ compensation insurance with not less than the minimum coverage limit as required by law. Upon written request [***], [***] will furnish to [***], a copy of the certificate of insurance evidencing compliance with the provisions of this Section. The existence of such coverage will in no way limit [***] liability or obligations expressly set forth in the Supply Agreement.span>p>
