10. Term and Termination
10.1 Term of Agreement. This Agreement will be effective as of the Effective Date and will continue until the last to expire of the Licensed Patents, or twenty (20) years from the Effective Date if no Licensed Patent issues, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
