3. Supply of materials
3.1 The Developer shall procure the transfer of the Material to the Institution in accordance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements and in sufficient quantities to enable the Institution to carry out the Work.
3.2 The Institution shall use the Material only in connection with the Work and shall return, or destroy if requested to do so by the Developer, the Material to the Developer after the completion of the Work.
